I’ve lived many places in my life. I spent a large part of my childhood in Recife, Brazil and then Washington state. I went to college in California where I met my wife, and eventually moved to Ohio where we raised our 4 children and worked in the family business.
Sixteen years ago we made the move to Brentwood, TN and we fell in love with the area. I stayed in the same industry for many years, but 5 years ago joined the real estate world! My family would say that I’ve never met a stranger and I really never feel like I do! I have a genuine interest in serving others and most importantly I can’t wait to serve you.
Representing you in one of your biggest investments is one of my highest honors.

After spending 20 years raising my children and moving around to several different cities with my husband’s career, I went to real estate school and received my real estate license in Houston, TX in 2005.
In 2010, my husband’s company brought us back to the Nashville area for the second time. In 2015, I went to work for Progress Residential as a real estate agent working to fill rental properties with qualified tenants. This job allowed me to travel all over the greater Nashville area and get familiar with all areas of this wonderful city!
Helping people find housing is so rewarding. My focus has changed back to buying and selling but my heart is still to help clients with all their housing needs. My husband, Dan Polivka joined me a couple years ago and along with our partner, David Leaman, we formed the Leaman- Polivka Group.
This has absolutely been the most rewarding time in my career. We get calls every week to help people from all walks of life with their real estate needs.

My grandfather was a pioneering fruit farmer in Reedley, California whose vision and hard work laid the foundation of the Richland legacy. I’m proud to carry that name forward. Drawing from my heritage, I also embrace the cowboy spirit—honed through my experience with cattle from my maternal side—and combine that with a deep understanding of property management. After dedicating 13 years at one firm, I felt inspired to launch my own company, one that honors our family’s history while forging new paths in modern business.
